We're home!

It feels so good to be back home. The long trip went well, and Lily was a star. We were met by smiling faces, ballons, flowers and lots of love. Thanks to Karen, Alana and Leslie for the heartfelt welcome at the airport. Thanks to my dad, Laurel, Tyler, Mary Jo and Jennifer who patiently waited for us to get through customs at LAX, so they could see Lily. Thanks to my wonderful sister who sent the most beautiful and delicious welcome home cake. And a million thanks to my mom, who kept things running smoothly at home while we were gone.

To see Lily with her brothers and grandparents is a dream come true. Lily is getting along great in her new home. She continues to be such a happy baby. She has even decided that Woody, our labrador, is a good friend. This little angel is so very special. She is full of love and light.

Yes, we are tired, but it has not been too bad. I'll post some more photos of us at home, but here are \a few so everyone knows we are doing well.

Our dream has come true. Lily is home.
