Happy Baby!

Lily may just be the happiest baby that I have ever known. She is sweet and thoughtful, yet spunky and fun, and so willing to go with the flow. She loves her big brothers, and they are so quick to bring out her smiles and giggles. She loves Woody and finds his antics very silly. She loves stroller rides, car rides, trips to the market, and shopping at Nordstrom. She is having fun trying new foods and so far, cheese is the big favorite. She sings and tells stories, and we often see her waving at us from across the room. She splashes and plays in the tub and is facinated by the falling leaves in our backyard. She is pure joy to be around, and we find ourselves so thankful and grateful for this amazing little girl.

Lily Fan, you delight and amaze us. We love you to the moon and beyond.

Tomorrow we take Lily to her first doctor appointment with our pediatrician. We are recvoering from the jet lag, but it has been a little rough. Lily was sleeping through the night in China, but not so much since being home..lots and lots of middle of the night snuggles.We are just taking things one day at a time, and enjoying every moment with our new daughter and baby sister.
