Just some random photos of Lily being Lily. We have been home for 5 months, and Lily really is becoming a toddler - our days are filled with her love and light, her smiles and giggles, her wonder and discovery. When she first came home, she was still very much a baby in so many ways. Today, she loves to "help" around the house and she is so curious about the world around her. She is trying more and more to do things for herself and she loves to imitate us. She is getting very good at communicating her needs, likes and dislikes. I see her being very focused and very determined, with great attention to the smallest detail. At the same time, she has such an easy going, sweet and tender personality. She is so willing to give affection, and she joyfully accepts all of our hugs and kisses. She hasn't totally said good-bye to babyhood. (thankfully!) She still loves to be held or carried in the ergo, she wants to be snuggled in my arms for her bottles (and wants me to hold them), and she needs the safety of being cuddled and rocked as she falls to sleep. I treasure every moment and consider myself so blessed to be her mommy and to experience life with her. Lily Fan, we love and adore you!

Well your little toddler is adorable in all sorts of ways!!! Fun times. I'm happy she's not totally growing out of her baby ways either. Grace drank a bottle at night (with water) until she was 3 and a half.
