San Fancisco and Thanksgiving

Must get caught up! In November, Lily and I traveled to San Francisco for a weekend with grandparents, aunts and cousins. It was so fun! We spent two full days in the city, went to Chinatown for traditional Dim Sum (her favorite part), went to the zoo and did some sightseeing. It was a perfect and beautiful weekend with family :)

We did Thanksgiving a little different this year. We rented a place in Durango, where Will attends college. It was a great week and we had beautiful weather. Woody even got to come with us! Lily loved spending the week with her brothers. I have to admit, sometimes I underestimate how much she misses them. My heart was filled with gratitude all week! We were missing her oldest brother, who is in Toronto studying for his masters and couldn't get away to join us. umm, when did my boys get so grown up??!!

A highlight of the week was riding the Polar Express. Durango does an amazing job of recreating the magical journey to the North Pole. Lily got to ride the Polar Express, visit the North Pole and meet Santa on the train. It was amazing and a must do if anyone is in southern Colorado during the holidays!
