Preschool Picnic

Monday was Lily's last day of three year old preschool. Since last September, she has been in the Young 3's program and her classroom was called The Sunshine Room. How appropriate....she absolutely shined under the love and warmth of her wonderful teachers. She was timid and shy last fall, but she has grown so much. She learned how to make friends, instigate play, and ask for help. She also gained the courage to separate for a few hours a week from me, confident with the knowledge that I will always come back. Every morning we parted with big hugs and sweet kisses and pick up time was met with squeals of delight. She loved circle time, always chiming in and singing along. I am beyond proud of my little sunshine girl!

This girl makes my heart dance! She is so filled with joy. She loves to adorn herself with accessories. The more the merrier!
