catching up....Christmas!

We had such a fun Christmas! The twins were home, we had a special out of town visitor, and our little family enjoyed all of the merry and bright things of the season. (but we very much missed big brother Clement) Lily loved every minute of everything! There is something so special about watching the magic of Christmas through the eyes of a child. The boys were SO helpful, putting together all things late into the night on Christmas eve. It's pretty sweet when my 20 year old is diligently assembling a Frozen ice palace for his 5 year old baby sister!  We baked cookies for Santa and Lily insisted Rudolph would prefer an apple instead of a carrot. Christmas morning came early and was filled with so much joy. The picture below was taken on our way to Christmas eve Mass. Joy was the word of the day! Joy for the birth of Jesus and all that God has blessed us with.
and Santa did really well....princess dresses and princess castles and princess ponies :) JOY!

and of course, Santa brought Wooody a gift. A new stuffed pheasant. Joy for Woody too :)

Happy New Year!!!
